Third status report

Great strides have been made since the last post. A first draft is finished and undergoing review by the first round editors. Once this is done, hopefully within a few months, the project will move to the final editing round. Furthermore, both cartographer and graphic artist has been retained for the project, and layout has been completed. A note to make; the division below has the full text divided into more parts than the final product (which will be divided into 3 chronicles only).
